This hidden gem is located just outside of Ramsgate town centre. Incorporating both a children’s play area and a physical activity area that adults can enjoy, the park has a range of attractions to suit everyone. The miniature railway line with running steam trains is a real hot spot – perfect to watch whilst enjoying your picnic!

Samphire Hoe, Dover
If you’re a wildlife lover, then this is the perfect spot for you. You will find plenty of wild flowers and birds, as well as a lot of wildlife around. Created from the material dug up to create the Channel Tunnel, the pebble beach is a glorious spot and you can even enjoy some rock-pooling after your picnic!
